The NEW iGuard works in the same wonderful reliable way the old model does with a new look and features. Simply turn on your stove as you normally would and the iGuard starts doing its job. As long as the iGuard senses that you are in the kitchen and being attentive, it allows the stove to continue cooking. But if it doesn’t sense any motion for a full five minutes it simply shuts off the stove. Simple as that.
And better yet, the iGuard can be configured to automatically turn the stove back on when it sees that you have returned to the kitchen making it very simple to use. There is also an Extended Cooking timer that allows you to cook a roast or simmering a sauce for longer times without having to be in the kitchen every 5 minutes.
There are both mobile and desktop apps, a Master Lock to take immediate control of the situation, Scheduled Lock to prevent unwanted use during off hours of the day or night, text alerts. You name it and we’ve thought of it. The iGuard is the only Predict & Prevent product that you need to protect your loved ones.

The iGuard PLUS features in conjunction with Care Daily can offer a host of other sensors that can make any home into a true data collection ecosphere so you can properly look after your loved ones. Care Daily’s services offer AI Ambient Assistants that personalize care around the clock. With Care Daily, iGuard Plus can offer very helpful features such as a fall detection system by Pontosense. The strategically mounted sensors can detect motion through out the whole home providing exceptional coverage. The sensors are so accurate that it can pick up if someone has fallen and stays down for a period of time. It can even detect if a chest is rising from breathing and can detect a change in someone gait as they move about the home.
And if any of this monitoring need attention then you get an alert that someone has fallen or they may have an undetected issue that is causing a a change in their ability to move easily. And all of this movement data can be logged so you can see if they are wandering the home late at night.
Yes the iGuard has a basic service that is free but if you need a more enhanced monitoring system, then the iGuard PLUS is the right choice for you and your loved ones.

As with the previous iGuard products they are in high demand so in order to assure that you get an iGuard we are doing a pre-sale starting next week. We are anticipating to begin shipping in Mid-April and the demand will be high. We will only be introducing the 4-wire plug in model for electric stoves first and there gas stove and the hardwired models will be later in the year.
