Improper installation, mounting, wiring, gas connection configuration, or failure to follow installation instructions may affect product performance and may void this Limited Warranty.

Binding Arbitration and Governing Law
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the purchase, installation, use, warranty, or performance of the iGuard™ product shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court where permitted by law.
For products purchased in the United States, arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Washington, USA, and governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.
For products purchased in Canada, arbitration shall be conducted in the Province of British Columbia, Canada, and governed by the laws of British Columbia and applicable Canadian federal laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Nothing in this section shall limit any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Disclaimer of Implied Warranties
Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the Warranty Period set forth above.
Some states, provinces, or territories do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so certain limitations or exclusions above may not apply to you.
